In deze functie ben jij de schakel tussen klant, voorbereiding en uitvoering. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten goed voorbereid starten en volgens planning, budget en kwaliteit worden uitgevoerd. Je begeleidt projecten van aanvraag tot oplevering. Je stelt planningen op, vraagt offertes aan, regelt materialen en stemt af met leveranciers en uitvoerende partijen. Daarnaast neem je deel aan overleggen met opdrachtgevers en zorg je dat afspraken helder zijn en worden nagekomen. Je werkt zelfstandig aan projecten, maar bent onderdeel van een team waarin samenwerking centraal staat. Dankzij jouw overzicht en gestructureerde aanpak verlopen projecten efficiënt en professioneel. Jouw werkzaamheden op een rijtje: - Voorbereiden en plannen van projecten - Opvragen en vergelijken van offertes - Coördineren van materialen en partners - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers en uitvoerende partijen - Bewaken van planning, kosten en kwaliteit - Signaleren van knelpunten en tijdig bijsturen Wie je bent (of wil worden) - MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Bouwkunde - Ervaring in werkvoorbereiding of projectbegeleiding binnen de bouw - Sterk in plannen, organiseren en overzicht bewaren - Communicatief vaardig en klantgericht - Proactief, zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht - In het bezit van rijbewijs B Aanbod - Een veelzijdige functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid - Werken aan uiteenlopende en zichtbare bouwprojecten - Ruimte voor eigen initiatief en ontwikkeling - Marktconform salaris ...
