Projectcoördinator Dagelijks onderhoud MBO • Zoetermeer Over de functie Als Projectcoördinator dagelijks onderhoud ben je dagelijks verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van mutatiewerkzaamheden en renovatie en onderhoudsprojecten. ( Van klein tot groot ) Je neemt het werk op, maakt hiervan een offerte, begeleidt eigen ingeplande vaklieden en onderaannemers, houdt toezicht op de planning, levert het werk tijdig en volgens afspraak op en bewaakt het gehele financieel plaatje en hebt inzicht op de kwaliteit en veiligheid, en fungeert als hét aanspreekpunt voor bewoners en opdrachtgevers. Bij Constructif doen we het met elkaar, dus zorgen we er samen voor dat iedere klus efficiënt, zorgvuldig en volgens afspraak wordt opgeleverd. Wat ga je doen? - Opnames maken, begeleiden, controleren en opleveren; - Offertes maken in ons softwaresysteem Bouwworks; - Eigen vakmensen inplannen en/of onderaannemers aansturen; - De planning dagelijks bijhouden; - Gedurende de dag toezicht houden op de dagplanning en waar nodig bijsturen; - Alle betrokken partijen tijdig informeren over wijzigingen en bijzonderheden; - Na afronding van een klus controleren of de werkorder correct is afgemeld; - Controleren of er eventuele vervolgacties nodig zijn; - Zelf materialen bestellen en controleren bij onze vaste leveranciers; - Periodiek werkoverleg voeren met de teamleider en opdrachtgever over bijzonderheden; - Doorlooptijden bewaken en toezien op de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden; - Het geleverde werk kritisch beoordelen; - Actief meedenken over verbeteringen in het werkproces; - Bijdragen aan een prettige leefomgeving voor bewoners.
