Binnen Rode Kruis-Vlaanderen zetten duizenden vrijwilligers zich in voor rampenparaatheid en repatriëringen, hulpposten op events, dringend- en niet-dringend patiëntenvervoer en nieuwe projecten zoals vrijwilligerskorpsen en de Medische Eenheid. Als Projectcoördinator Interventie Ondersteuning speel jij daarin een sleutelrol. Je ondersteunt projecten die onze interventiewerking versterken, brengt mensen samen, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat ideeën ook daadwerkelijk gerealiseerd worden. Zo help je onze vrijwilligers en collega's om hun werk nóg beter te doen en draag je rechtstreeks bij aan onze maatschappelijke missie.

Functiebeschrijving

Als Projectcoördinator Interventie Ondersteuning maak je deel uit van de dienst Interventie binnen Humanitaire Diensten. Je ondersteunt projectmanagers en domeincoördinatoren bij uiteenlopende projecten. Voor deze vacature zijn we specifiek op zoek naar iemand die kan ondersteunen binnen de lopende projecten, zoals bijvoorbeeld de Gemeentelijke Vrijwilligerskorpsen en de Medische Eenheid.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden op een rijtje:

  • Je coördineert toegewezen projecten en implementeert samen met domeincoördinatoren en projectmanagers verbeterinitiatieven.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor vrijwilligers, collega's en externe partners binnen jouw projecten en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking.
  • Je analyseert de noden van projecten als vrijwilligerskorpsen en medische eenheid en vertaalt deze naar een gestructureerde werking, inclusief heldere procedures en richtlijnen.
  • Je analyseert projectgegevens, volgt KPI's op en rapporteert over de voortgang en behaalde re-sultaten.
  • Je detecteert opportuniteiten om processen, digitale toepassingen en werkwijzen verder te optimaliseren en voert acties uit ter implementatie hiervan.
  • Je ondersteunt de operationele werking van de disciplines Hulpdienst en DSI en draagt zo mee bij aan een kwalitatieve dienstverlening aan de bevolking.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je bent een hands-on probleemoplosser.
  • Ervaring binnen een vrijwilligersorganisatie of in het samenwerken met vrijwilligers is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en hebt affiniteit met digitale samenwerkings- en projecttools (Papyrus, Feniks, crisistool, LMS…)
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en bent bereid je regelmatig te verplaatsen. Sporadisch avond- en weekendwerk vormen voor jou geen probleem.
  • Daarnaast ben je iemand die: - gemakkelijk samenwerkt met uiteenlopende stakeholders; - initiatief neemt en kansen ziet om processen te verbeteren; - resultaatgericht werkt zonder de menselijke samenwerking uit het oog te verliezen.
