Je verbindt techniek, planning, uitvoering en contracten en zorgt dat complexe projecten veilig, beheerst en voorspelbaar worden gerealiseerd. Binnen grootschalige projecten onder de TenneT EU-302-raamovereenkomst coördineer je de integrale voorbereiding en voortgang. Je houdt overzicht, neemt tijdig besluiten en brengt betrokken partijen doelgericht bij elkaar. - Coördineren van de volledige voorbereiding van ondergrondse hoogspanningsverbindingen. - Aansturen van afstemming tussen engineering, uitvoering, leveranciers en onderaannemers. - Bewaken van planning, scope, risico's, kwaliteit en voortgang. - Signaleren en beheersen van technische, logistieke en omgevingsrisico's. - Sparren met projectmanager, uitvoerders, contractmanagers en opdrachtgever over beslissingen en verbeteringen. Functie-eisen Je begrijpt wat er komt kijken bij ondergrondse hoogspanningskabels en weet hoe je projectbeheersing toepast in een omgeving met technische complexiteit en lange doorlooptijden. Je werkt zorgvuldig, houdt afspraken scherp in beeld en blijft gericht op een veilig en aantoonbaar resultaat. - Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in projectcoördinatie, projectbeheersing of infrastructuur. - Kennis van ondergrondse kabels, hoogspanningsverbindingen of vergelijkbare civiele techniek. - Ervaring met planning, risico's, contractafspraken en raakvlakmanagement. - Je kunt inhoudelijke keuzes overtuigend toelichten en partijen effectief laten samenwerken. - Je neemt initiatief, blijft besluitvaardig onder druk en organiseert je werk nauwkeurig.
