Dan is de rol van projectcoördinator bij onze opdrachtgever echt iets voor jou! In deze functie werk je binnen het reparatie- en onderhoud team aan uiteenlopende klussen waarbij jij zorgt dat deze soepel verlopen. Wat ga je doen? - Het opstellen van offertes en calculaties bij nieuwe opdrachten; - Plannen en organiseren van werkzaamheden in overleg met opdrachtgevers; - Controleren van tekeningen, opstellen van werkplannen en zorgen dat materialen tijdig aanwezig zijn; - Bewaken van voortgang en kwaliteit tijdens de realisatie; - Afhandelen van financiële afronding en nazorg samen met vakmensen of onderaannemers. Wie je bent (of wil worden) - Een afgerondde MBO of HBO opleiding; bij voorkeur in Bouwkunde of vergelijkbare richting; - Minimaal drie jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare coördinerende rol; - Servicegerichte instelling en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden; - Goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal.
