En precies daar maak jij het verschil. Wij zijn op zoek naar een Projectcoördinator Sales die energie krijgt van plannen, organiseren en coördineren. Iemand die ervoor zorgt dat offertes volledig, kwalitatief én op tijd worden ingediend. Jij bewaakt de voortgang, houdt collega's scherp op deadlines en zorgt dat alles achter de schermen perfect geregeld is. Eén team, één missie Flextender maakt eerlijke inhuur makkelijk. Elke dag een beetje meer. We ondersteunen onze opdrachtgevers bij het vinden van de juiste kandidaat en nemen alle taken uit handen die horen bij de inhuur van een externe professional. Dit alles doen we vanuit een volledig onafhankelijke rol en daarin zijn wij uniek! Daarbij werken wij volgens de speerpunten: positief, proactief, betrokken en vertrouwd. Dit ga je doen Als Projectcoördinator Sales ben jij de verbindende schakel binnen onze commerciële organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met het Hoofd Commercie, de Bidwriter en het salesteam. Waar zij zich richten op strategie, klantrelaties en de inhoud van de offerte, zorg jij ervoor dat het proces van begin tot eind soepel verloopt. - Signaleren en monitoren van relevante aanbestedingen en commerciële kansen - Opstellen, bewaken en bijsturen van planningen - Coördineren van interne en externe acties binnen aanbestedingstrajecten - Afstemmen met Accountmanagement over contractverlengingen en commerciële opvolging - Bewaken van deadlines en actief opvo...
