Voor een professionele bouworganisatie in Bilthoven zoeken we een Projectcoördinator Utiliteitsbouw. In deze functie verbind je werkvoorbereiding, uitvoering, leveranciers, onderaannemers en projectleiding. Jouw werk doet ertoe Een utiliteitsproject is vaak een flinke puzzel. Constructie, installaties, afbouw, logistiek, planning en gebruikers moeten allemaal op elkaar aansluiten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat die onderdelen niet los van elkaar worden georganiseerd, maar als één project worden aangepakt. Je houdt overzicht en grijpt in wanneer iets dreigt te vertragen. Wat ga je doen? Interessante projecten In Bilthoven werk je bijvoorbeeld aan scholen, zorggebouwen, kantoren en andere maatschappelijke of commerciële gebouwen. Een bijzonder project kan bijvoorbeeld bestaan uit de renovatie en uitbreiding van een zorglocatie terwijl een deel van het gebouw in gebruik blijft. Ook nieuwbouw van moderne kantoor- of onderwijsgebouwen kan onderdeel zijn van je werk. Dat betekent dat je voortdurend moet nadenken over planning, logistiek en gebruikers. Waarom is dit een interessante plek om te werken? Omdat je een centrale rol krijgt binnen projecten met veel verschillende disciplines. Je ziet hoe een project van voorbereiding naar uitvoering gaat en hebt invloed op de manier waarop het proces verloopt. Je werkt bovendien met ervaren professionals uit verschillende vakgebieden. Daardoor leer je niet alleen veel over bouwtechniek, maar ook over planning, samenwerking en projectorganisatie. Doorgroeimogelijkheden De functie biedt verschillende richtingen.
