Als projectcontroller speel je een belangrijke rol in de realisatie van maatschappelijke opgaven die zichtbaar bijdragen aan onze stad en dorpen. Denk aan gebiedsontwikkelingen, woningbouwprojecten, de bouw van een Integraal Kindcentrum, Open Park Weert en grote infrastructurele projecten. In deze functie zorg je ervoor dat bestuur, management en projectteams op elk moment beschikken over betrouwbare stuurinformatie. Je kijkt verder dan cijfers alleen en verbindt financiën, risico's, planning, organisatie, informatie en kwaliteit. Zo help je projectleiders en opdrachtgevers om onderbouwde keuzes te maken en projecten succesvol te realiseren. We doen het samen! Je wordt onderdeel van het team Beleid & Advies binnen de afdeling Financiën & Control. Samen met ruim 17 betrokken collega's werk je aan een stevige financiële basis voor de gemeente Weert. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, opdrachtgevers, financieel adviseurs en beleidscollega's en bent een belangrijke sparringpartner binnen complexe projecten. In deze rol krijg je veel ruimte voor initiatief, verantwoordelijkheid en ontwikkeling. Je helpt niet alleen projecten beheersbaar te houden, maar draagt ook actief bij aan het verder professionaliseren van projectcontrol binnen onze organisatie.
