In deze uitdagende coördinerende rol heb je zowel in commercieel als ook in technisch en sociaal opzicht de eindverantwoordelijkheid. Je legt commerciële contacten en initieert nieuwe opdrachten. Daarnaast zorg je voor goed contact met bestaande klanten en een hoge mate van klanttevredenheid. Als Projectdirecteur Utilitaire Woningbouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Het opzetten en coachen van het projectteam. - Bewaken van het budget en de voortgang. - Overleg voeren met betrokken partijen, in- en extern. - Risico's tijdig signaleren en daar slim op inspelen. Wie we zoeken Als ideale kandidaat voor de functie van Projectdirecteur Utilitaire Woningbouw ben jij betrokken, klantgericht en goed in samenwerken. Je kunt goed communiceren op verschillende niveaus, hebt overtuigingskracht en bent een sterke netwerker. Je hebt een ondernemende houding en kunt goed onderhandelen. Een complexe uitdaging ga jij niet uit de weg. Bovendien beschik je over: - Een hbo- of TU-opleiding Bouwtechniek / Uitvoering. - Een aantal jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie. - Een aanvullende opleiding in bedrijfskunde is een pre. - Besluitvaardigheid en een creatieve manier van denken. - Een VCA-VOL en diverse vaktechnische cursussen.
