The posting

Bij een technisch dienstverlener in Eibergen ontwerp en realiseer je industriële automatiseringsprojecten, van de eerste klantvraag tot de oplevering. Je verdiept je in productieprocessen en vertaalt de gewenste procesoutput naar een technisch ontwerp, P&ID en projectbegroting. Daarbij verbind je elektrotechniek, PLC-hardware en praktische uitvoerbaarheid. Je ondersteunt commerciële collega’s met technische oplossingen en calculaties en houdt tijdens de uitvoering grip op de technische kwaliteit en het budget. In de dagelijkse praktijk werk je aan detailengineering, materiaalkeuzes, tekeningen en werkvoorbereiding. Je stemt rechtstreeks af met de klant, monteurs en software engineers en zorgt dat iedereen met heldere technische uitgangspunten werkt. Je krijgt ruimte om zelfstandig beslissingen voor te bereiden en verbeteringen voor te stellen. Vakinhoudelijk verdiep je je in hardware-engineering, geldende normen en de samenhang tussen procesontwerp, besturing en installatie. Functie-inhoud - Analyseer productieprocessen en presenteer passende automatiseringsoplossingen aan klanten. - Werk technische offertes, calculaties, P&ID’s en projectbegrotingen uit. - Verzorg detailengineering, materiaalkeuzes, elektrotechnisch tekenwerk en werkvoorbereiding. - Stem technische keuzes en uitvoeringsvragen af met monteurs, software engineers en klanten. - Bewaak de technische kwaliteit, projectkosten en afspraken tot aan de oplevering. - Houd de projectadministratie en technische documentatie actueel. - Signaleer aanvullende klantbehoeften en vertaal deze naar uitbreidingen of vervolgprojecten. Functie-eisen - Minimaal mbo-4-niveau, bij voorkeur in elektrotechniek of mechatronica. - Meerjarige ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de industriële automatisering. - Ervaring met Eplan of SEE Electrical en zelfstandig tekenen vanuit technische omschrijvingen of calculaties. - Kennis van PLC-hardware-engineering en de geldende regelgeving en normen. - Een zelfstandige, flex.
