Als projectingenieur gebouwtechnieken - HVAC bij Vitaz investeer je dagelijks in de bestaande infrastructuur zodat onze patiënten en zorgverleners het beste van zichzelf kunnen geven. Wil je werken bij een bouwheer, vind je het boeiend om op het terrein te komen, om situaties te analyseren, oplossingen kritisch te doorgronden en alles goed te coördineren, laat het ons weten!

Jouw team ‘Projecten Bouw en Techniek' is een hecht, gespecialiseerd en multidisciplinair team dat instaat voor de opvolging van de verschillende sites (Sint-Nikaas, Beveren, Lokeren, Sint-Gillis-Waas, Hamme en Temse). Je werkt in Sint-Niklaas en mag dit combineren met thuiswerken. Diverse jobtimes zijn bespreekbaar.

Een blik op jouw takenpakket:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerp en de realisatie van projecten in de disciplines energiebeheer, elektriciteit, HVAC, medische gassen, sanitair en zwakstroomnetwerken. - Je hebt een diepgaande kennis HVAC en kan de connectie leggen met energiebeheer en (bij)sturing via een gebouwenbeheersysteem. - Je hebt oog voor duurzaamheid en behoudt hierbij samen met jouw collega’s het overzicht doorheen de projecten om tot geïntegreerde ziekenhuisbrede technische oplossingen te komen. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de architectuur-topologie en het uitvoeren van uitgebreide analyses voor de verschillende technieken. - Je neemt diverse taken op je doorheen de projectcyclus: van concept, budgetopmaak, bestekopmaak tot en met realisatiefase en nazorg. - Doorheen alle fasen zorg je voor een correcte communicatie met alle betrokken partijen (eindgebruikers, ICT, bewaking, algemeen technische dienst,…) - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische overdracht naar de algemeen technische dienst. - Je verzorgt de organisatie van opleidingsmomenten over nieuw geïnstalleerde technieken/systemen en zorgt voor een documentatiearchief ter ondersteuning voor de exploitatie van de infrastructuur. - Op lange termijn word je ook betrokken bij de bouwplannen voor ons nieuwbouwziekenhuis. - In deze functie werk je nauw samen met een ervaren team van collega’s in de verschillende bouwtechnische disciplines en word je ondersteund door een technisch projectassistent. - Je rapporteert aan de Technical Manager binnen het Facilitair Departement.

Opmerking: Locatie en uurregeling kunnen wijzigen in functie van de dienstnoodwendigheden.

- Je behaalde een master of bachelor in de ingenieurswetenschappen of in de industriële wetenschappen of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring. - Je beschikt over een brede kennis van en interesse in gebouwtechnieken (energiebeheer, elektriciteit, HVAC, medische gassen, sanitair en zwakstroomnetwerken). - Je bent goed in coördineren, communiceren en in kritische probleemanalyse. - Je hebt een klantgerichte houding. - Je bent een teamplayer die mensen kan aansturen in complexe projecten en je neemt samen met het team resultaatgerichte beslissingen. - Je hebt ICT-affiniteit en een goede praktische kennis van Microsoft Office en kennis van AutoCAD. Ervaring met Revit of BIM is een meerwaarde. - Ervaring met gebouwenbeheersystemen zoals Schneider, Honeywell,… is een meerwaarde.
