Denk aan moderne kantoorpanden, logistieke warehouses of productielocaties. Je zorgt ervoor dat de technische, financiële en kwalitatieve doelen worden gehaald en dat de oplevering volgens planning verloopt. Samen met jouw team bestaande uit werkvoorbereiders en uitvoerders pak je gemiddeld 3 projecten per jaar op, afhankelijk van omvang en complexiteit. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor de klant, bewaakt de voortgang en denkt altijd in oplossingen. Je beoordeelt bouwkundige stukken, stelt kostprijscalculaties op, regelt de inkoop en signaleert tijdig knelpunten. Uiteindelijk zorg je ervoor dat projecten met succes worden opgeleverd en klanten meer dan tevreden zijn. Wie je bent (of wil worden) - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding richting bouwkunde of bouwtechnische bedrijfskunde; - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als projectleider in de bouw; - Ervaring met MS Office en ERP-systemen; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (Engels of Duits is een pre); - Fulltime beschikbaar en flexibel ingesteld; - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en leiderschap om teams te motiveren.
