The posting

Voor een toonaangevende onderneming actief binnen bouw- en infrastructuurprojecten zijn we op zoek naar een Projectleider Waterbouw.

Als Projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opvolging en coördinatie van waterbouwkundige projecten van A tot Z. Je neemt de technische, organisatorische, commerciële en administratieve leiding en zorgt ervoor dat ieder project binnen de vooropgestelde planning en het beschikbare budget wordt gerealiseerd.

Je bewaakt daarbij voortdurend kwaliteit, veiligheid, timing en rendabiliteit.

Je werkt aan uiteenlopende infrastructuurprojecten zoals renovaties van kaaimuren en sluizen, bruggen, steigers, damwanden en andere waterbouwkundige constructies.

Jouw taken

Als Projectleider Waterbouw sta je onder andere in voor:

  • Het opvolgen en coördineren van projecten vanaf de opstart tot en met de definitieve oplevering.
  • Het voorbereiden, organiseren en bewaken van de projectuitvoering.
  • Het opvolgen van de technische, administratieve en commerciële aspecten van de projecten.
  • Het bewaken van de projectplanning en het tijdig bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Het opvolgen en beheren van het projectbudget.
  • Het bewaken van de kwaliteit en rendabiliteit van de projecten.
  • Het toezien op de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Het ondersteunen, begeleiden en aansturen van werfleiders.
  • Het oplossen van technische en organisatorische problemen tijdens de uitvoering.
  • Het onderhouden van een vlotte communicatie met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers, werfleiders en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Het zorgen voor een efficiënte samenwerking tussen alle partijen die bij het project betrokken zijn.
  • Het rapporteren over de voortgang, planning en resultaten van de projecten.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een kandidaat die:

  • Beschikt over een diploma burgerlijk ingenieur bouwkunde of industrieel ingenieur bouwkunde.
  • Een sterke interesse heeft in waterbouw en infrastructuurprojecten.
  • Beschikt over een goed technisch en bouwkundig inzicht.
  • Graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en projecten zelfstandig opvolgt.
  • Sterk is in organiseren, plannen en coördineren.
  • Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werkt.
  • Oplossingsgericht handelt en vlot beslissingen kan nemen.
  • Communicatief sterk is en gemakkelijk contacten onderhoudt met verschillende betrokken partijen.
  • Beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands.
  • In het bezit is van een rijbewijs B.
  • Flexibel is naar werflocaties binnen Vlaanderen.
