Klaar om projecten van A tot Z in goede banen te leiden? In deze rol combineer je organisatie, leiderschap en technische opvolging op de werf. Vanuit Brussel werk je aan uitdagende bouwprojecten met veel autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid.

De functie inhoud Wat deze job als Projectleider inhoudt:

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van de werkzaamheden op één of meerdere werven binnen het werkgebied
  • Nauw samenwerken met de werfleider
  • Onderhouden van een vlotte communicatie met leveranciers en onderaannemers
  • Organisatorisch aansturen en motiveren van collega’s en bouwpartners
  • Bewaken van planning, budgetten en rendementen
  • Toezien op kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie van de uit te voeren werken
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt op de werf voor bouwheer, architect en bouwpartners
  • Vertegenwoordigen van de organisatie op werfvergaderingen
  • Zorgen voor een volledige uitvoering tot voorlopige oplevering

  • Commercieel en kostenbewust ingesteld
  • In staat om collega’s en partners te motiveren en samen doelen te behalen
  • Vlot in het gebruik van MS Office
  • Kennis van AutoCad of andere bouwgerelateerde software is een plus
  • Communiceert vlot in het Nederlands of Frans en heeft een goede kennis van de andere landstaal en het Engels
  • Beschikt over een rijbewijs B
  • Comfortabel met werven in stedelijke omgevingen
