Functie

Voor onze klant gevestigd in Lokeren, actief in de metaalsector zijn we op zoek naar een projectleider. Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in oppervlaktebehandeling en industriële coating. Als projectleider neem je een centrale rol op in de voorbereiding en opstart van projecten. Je brengt werven en verfoppervlakken in kaart, maakt inschattingen van de benodigde mensen en tijd en houdt rekening met de verfprocedure en droogtijden. Zo help je projecten vlot en zorgvuldig van start te gaan

  • Je bereidt projecten in de verf- en oppervlaktebehandeling voor en volgt ze op.
  • Je meet werven en verfoppervlakken op.
  • Je schat in hoeveel medewerkers en werkdagen nodig zijn voor een project.
  • Je bepaalt de verfprocedure en berekent de droogtijden op basis van de oppervlakte en het aantal lagen.
  • Je start projecten op en neemt een deel van de administratie voor je rekening.
  • Je communiceert met klanten en collega’s om de planning en uitvoering goed op elkaar af te stemmen.
  • Mogelijke bijkomende taken zijn orders aanvullen, offertes opmaken en bestelbonnen verwerken.
  • De projecten bevinden zich in België. Een opdracht in het buitenland komt zeer uitzonderlijk voor.

Profiel

  • Je hebt ervaring in de sector van verf en oppervlaktebehandeling. Die praktijkkennis is belangrijk om zelfstandig aan de slag te kunnen.
  • Je hebt kennis van verf.
  • Ervaring met orders aanvullen, offertes opmaken en bestelbonnen verwerken is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten en collega’s en werkt proactief, constructief en graag samen met een team.
  • Je bent leergierig.
  • Je bent flexibel in je werkuren. De functie volgt niet altijd een vast 9-tot-5-schema: soms start je vroeg en soms werk je later door.
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en/of hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B. Er zijn geen specifieke attesten vereist.
