Als projectleider bij Wetering werk je aan projecten die ertoe doen. Of het nu gaat om baggerwerk, cultuurtechniek of het realiseren van constructies en kunstwerken: jij houdt het overzicht, stuurt op kwaliteit en resultaat en je weet mensen te verbinden. Want jij weet: de mooiste projecten maak je samen. De functie Als projectleider bij Wetering heb je écht impact. Je stuurt mooie projecten aan in de grond-, weg- en waterbouw. Vanaf het eerste idee tot de oplevering. Soms al in de tenderfase, waar je meedenkt over slimme oplossingen, slimme faseringen en de beste aanpak. Zodra het werk start, ben jij de spil in het project. Je houdt overzicht, stuurt je team aan en zorgt dat mensen en materieel op het juiste moment op de juiste plek zijn. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, overlegt met onderaannemers en houdt de voortgang scherp in de gaten. Naast de planning en financiën bewaak je ook de kwaliteit, veiligheid en duurzaamheid op het werk. Geen project is hetzelfde. Je werkt aan projecten in de volle breedte van de waterbouw: van baggerwerk tot cultuurtechnische werkzaamheden, nat én droog. Bij Wetering werk je bijvoorbeeld aan acute situaties, zoals in Bosscherveld, waar we onder grote tijdsdruk een doorgebroken overlaat herstelden. Of werk je aan innovaties, zoals in Gameren, waar wij als eerste in Nederland een grofzandbarrière toepasten tegen piping. Of aan langlopende projecten met vaste gezichten, zoals WOCU, het Waardengedreven OnderhoudsContract Uiterwaarden, waar we het hele jaar door onderhoud verzorgen van bijna 200 kilometer aan uiterwaarden rond de Maas.
