U begeleidt ze van de eerste offerteaanvraag tot de finale financiële afronding, en garandeert daarbij uitmuntende resultaten. Tijdens het project hanteert u de AMZ-cyclus (Archeologische Monumentenzorg-cyclus). Hierbij houdt u rekening met alle cruciale factoren: van geldende protocollen en wet- en regelgeving tot financiële resultaten. Verder: - U stuurt het projectteam inhoudelijk aan, waardoor u samen met uw team zorgt voor een vlekkeloos verloop van elk project. - Daarnaast bent u verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en versturen van offerteaanvragen. - U onderhoudt frequent contact met onze relaties en opdrachtgevers over lopende samenwerkingen, zodat zij altijd volledig op de hoogte zijn van de voortgang. - U levert waardevolle feedback op opgestelde rapportages en offertes. - U denkt kritisch mee over zowel onze interne als externe processen en deelt uw verbetervoorstellen proactief met collega-projectleiders en het afdelingshoofd.
