Organisatie Onze opdrachtgever is een gerenommeerd bedrijf binnen de Interieurbouw en afbouwsector, met een sterke focus op hoogwaardige en maatwerkoplossingen voor de Maritieme Industrie. Met jarenlange ervaring en vakmanschap realiseren zij exclusieve interieurs. Het bedrijf voert uiteenlopende projecten uit, van luxe verblijfsruimtes tot functionele bemanningsverblijven, waarbij kwaliteit en oog voor detail altijd vooropstaan. Functie Als Projectleider ben je dagelijks op de werkvloer aanwezig, zoals aan boord van het schip, in de werkplaats en af en toe op kantoor. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Projectleider zijn: Leidinggeven aan en motiveren van een team van Scheepsinterieurbouwers en Timmerlieden; Coördineren van werkzaamheden, projectplanning en zorgen dat deadlines behaald worden; Waarborgen van vakmanschap en kwaliteitscontrole op hoog niveau; Efficiënt beheren van materialen en middelen om productiviteit te optimaliseren; Overleggen met de directie en andere stakeholders. Functie-eisen Wat neem jij mee als Projectleider? Minimaal een MBO opleiding richting Interieurbouw, Bouw of Scheepsbouw; Aantoonbare ervaring binnen de Interieurbouw (bij voorkeur in de Maritieme sector) en sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten; Passie voor vakmanschap en een scherp oog voor detail; Creatief denkvermogen en het vermogen om innovatieve oplossingen te bedenken; Uitstekende organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden; Een teamspeler die anderen weet te inspireren en te coachen.
