Als Projectleider maak jij direct impact op de toekomst van ons elektriciteitsnet. Samen met je collega's werk je aan infrastructurele projecten, zodat we Nederland kunnen blijven voorzien van betrouwbare energie. Hybride werken is bij ons de norm. Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om thuis te werken. We hechten ook waarde aan elkaar persoonlijk ontmoeten op kantoor. Hiervoor is jouw standplaats Weert, ook reis je naar ons hoofdkantoor in Arnhem waar je gemiddeld 1x per week samen komt. Daarnaast zal je incidenteel werken vanuit Breda of projectlocaties. Als Projectleider ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren en aansturen van infrastructurele projecten binnen de afdeling Brownfield & Maintenance regio Zuid, zodat Nederland kan blijven rekenen op betrouwbare, betaalbare en duurzame energie. - Je stelt integrale projectplannen op voor infrastructurele projecten, waarin scope, planning, budget, risico's, veiligheid en kwaliteit zijn geborgd, zodat projecten beheerst en voorspelbaar worden uitgevoerd. - Je stuurt multidisciplinaire projectteams aan en coacht teamleden gedurende de uitvoering, zodat samenwerking effectief verloopt en projectdoelstellingen worden gerealiseerd. - Je beheert contracten en begeleidt aanbestedingen, waaronder UAV- en UAV-GC-contracten, zodat afspraken met marktpartijen bijdragen aan een tijdige en kwalitatieve projectrealisatie. - Je stemt af met interne en externe stakeholders, waaronder netbeheerders, aannemers, overheden en vergunningverleners, zodat belangen worden verbonden en de voortgang van projecten wordt geborgd. - Je bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit en risico's gedurende de volledige projectcyclus, zodat afw...
