  • Planning en organisatie van diverse werven vormen de kern van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden om een vlekkeloze uitvoering te garanderen.
  • Aansturing van gemotiveerde montageteams zorgt voor een veilige en efficiënte opbouw van de diverse constructies.
  • Technisch advies verlenen aan klanten tijdens plaatsbezoeken verstevigt de professionele relaties en het wederzijds vertrouwen.
  • Opvolging van de vorderingen en het nauwgezet bewaken van de projectbudgetten dragen bij aan het economische succes van de organisatie.
  • Contacten onderhouden met leveranciers en onderaannemers optimaliseert de logistieke stroom naar de verschillende bouwlocaties.

Profiel

Als projectleider is je profiel als volgt omschreven:

  • Bezit van een diploma Bachelor of Master Bouwkunde biedt de ideale basis om de technische aspecten van de projecten te beheersen.
  • Ervaring als doorgewinterde werfleider, projectleider of een frisse start als ambitieuze schoolverlater passen perfect binnen de groeimogelijkheden van dit team.
  • Kennis van het volledige MS Office-pakket vergemakkelijkt de administratieve verwerking en de nauwkeurige rapportering van projectdata.
  • Nauwkeurigheid en een grote zin voor initiatief typeren de manier van werken op zowel kantoor als op de projectlocaties.
  • Communicatieve vaardigheden ondersteunen de vlotte samenwerking met alle betrokken partners en stakeholders.
