Onze opdrachtgever, een vooraanstaande specialist in betonkelders gevestigd in Brecht, is op zoek naar een enthousiaste projectleider om het team van 80 betonexperts te versterken. In deze rol ben je het aanspreekpunt voor zowel klanten als architecten en ben je het gezicht van ons team van werfleiders en betonspecialisten. Je benadert elke situatie met een oplossingsgerichte mindset en houdt toezicht op alle technische en budgettaire aspecten van elk project.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

  • Het beheren van de planning van de werven via het ERP-systeem.
  • Het waarborgen van de veiligheid en netheid op de werven.
  • Het rapporteren aan de projectmanager en nauw samenwerken met het team.

  • Je hebt een graduaat of bachelor-diploma behaald.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een KMO en hebt een hoge verantwoordelijkheidszin.
  • Je bent een geboren planner en hebt oog voor klantenrelaties.
  • Als je ook het volgende kunt afvinken, zijn we nog enthousiaster:
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in de sector.
  • Je bent bekend met programma's zoals AutoCAD, SketchUp en Tekla.
