Wanneer jij 's ochtends start als projectleider industriebouw, neem je meteen de teugels in handen om diverse werven gelijktijdig aan te sturen. Je vormt de onmisbare schakel tussen de inhouse architect, de bouwheer en de onderaannemers. Jouw dagen zien er afwisselend uit, waarbij je constant stuurt op kwaliteit en timing.

  • Je leidt de dagelijkse operaties op de werven in goede banen, waardoor de sleutel-op-de-deur realisaties vlot en veilig verlopen.
  • Gedurende de volledige uitvoeringsfase bewaak jij het financiële plaatje nauwlettend, wat steevast resulteert in een oplevering binnen de marges.
  • Tijdens wekelijkse werfvergaderingen treed je op als het vaste aanspreekpunt, waar je alle betrokken partijen helder informeert.
  • Daarnaast anticipeer je op technische obstakels rond staal of beton en bedenk je slimme oplossingen, zodat de werkzaamheden nergens stilvallen.
  • De administratieve flow, waaronder vorderingsstaten en as-built documenten, handel je accuraat af voor een zorgeloze afronding.
