Ben jij sterk in zowel techniek als communicatie, en weet je projecten soepel van initiatief tot oplevering te leiden? Dan hebben wij een mooie kans voor je! Organisatie Je komt te werken bij een onafhankelijk advies- en ingenieursbureau dat al decennia lang actief is in de gebouwde omgeving. Vanuit een vestiging in de regio Amsterdam werkt een multidisciplinair team van bouwkundigen, constructeurs en inspecteurs samen aan diverse projecten binnen het beheer en onderhoud van vastgoed. De organisatie is betrokken, professioneel en staat bekend om haar nuchtere aanpak en duurzame oplossingen. Projecten variëren van meerjarenonderhoudsplanningen tot concrete uitvoeringsbegeleiding bij renovaties en verduurzamingstrajecten. Denk aan het herindelen van scholen, het brandveilig maken van zorgcomplexen of het planmatig onderhoud van kantoorpanden en appartementencomplexen. Functie Als Projectleider Beheer & Onderhoud heb je een sleutelrol in het borgen van de kwaliteit en levensduur van gebouwen. Je schakelt tussen beleid en praktijk en bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige traject: - Opstellen van MJOP's en onderhoudsadviezen - Coördineren van inspecties en conditiemetingen (o.a. NEN2767) - Adviseren van opdrachtgevers over onderhoudsstrategieën - Opstellen van bestekken, begrotingen en planningen - Aanbesteding, selectie en aansturing van uitvoerende partijen - Toezicht houden op planning, kwaliteit en budg...
