Bij een specialist in industriële automatisering in Nederweert leid je zelfstandig meerdere besturingstechnische projecten. Je vertaalt klantvragen naar technische voorstellen, calculaties en gedetailleerde offertes en begeleidt de uitvoering van begin tot eind. Daarbij verbind je hardware engineering, software engineering en installatie tot één uitvoerbaar projectplan. Je bewaakt de technische kwaliteit, planning en financiële resultaten en houdt contact met klanten over keuzes, voortgang en vervolgopdrachten. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je werkzaamheden af met engineers en installatiemonteurs en coördineer je ook projecten waarin Ignition wordt toegepast. Je bespreekt technische afhankelijkheden, maakt verantwoordelijkheden duidelijk en helpt je team knelpunten op te lossen. Naast projectsturing is er aandacht voor coaching en vakinhoudelijke ontwikkeling: je ondersteunt collega's, benut hun expertise en vertaalt projectevaluaties naar verbeteringen in de samenwerking en uitvoering. Functie-inhoud - Klantvragen vertalen naar technische scope, calculaties en offertes - Meerdere besturingstechnische projecten zelfstandig plannen en begeleiden - Hardware engineers, software engineers en installatiemonteurs aansturen en afstemmen - Gecombineerde projecten met Ignition-toepassingen coördineren - Voortgang, technische kwaliteit, budgetten en financiële resultaten bewaken - Projectresultaten met klanten evalueren en relaties onderhouden voor vervolgopdrachten - Teamleden coachen en verbeteringen in samenwerking en uitvoering stimuleren Functie-eisen - Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau in elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering of een vergelijkbare richting - Ervaring met het zelfstandig leiden van besturingstechnische projecten - Inzicht in de samenhang tussen hardware, PLC-software, HMI/SCADA en installatie - Vaardigheid in calculeren, offreren en bewaken van projectbudgetten - Heldere communicatie met klanten, engineers en monteurs - Een betrokken leiderschapsstijl me.
