Als Projectleider BIM & Engineering verbind je bouwkunde, BIM, engineering en projectmanagement. Je krijgt bovendien de ruimte om managementtaken op te pakken en door te groeien richting bureaumanagement en mogelijk partnerschap. Wat ga je doen? Als Projectleider BIM & Engineering stuur je voor onze opdrachtgever bouwkundige BIM-projecten aan vanaf het definitief ontwerp tot en met de uitvoering. Je bewaakt de planning, kwaliteit, voortgang en communicatie en zorgt dat alle betrokken partijen weten wat er moet gebeuren. Daarbij stem je veel af met BIM-modelleurs, architecten, adviseurs en opdrachtgevers. Je houdt overzicht over het volledige proces en grijpt in wanneer technische of organisatorische knelpunten ontstaan. Dankzij jouw kennis van Revit, BIM en bouwprocessen kun je inhoudelijk sparren en waar nodig zelf een model controleren. Naast projectleiding krijg je de kans om steeds meer managementverantwoordelijkheid op je te nemen. Je denkt mee over processen, capaciteit, kennisontwikkeling, werkmethodes en de verdere groei van het bureau. Ook kun je betrokken worden bij klantrelaties, nieuwe opdrachten en strategische keuzes. Daarmee is dit meer dan alleen een functie als projectleider: je kunt doorgroeien naar een positie binnen het management en op termijn mogelijk partner worden. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten binnen woningbouw, utiliteitsbouw en bijzondere maatwerkprojecten.
