Wat ga je doen? Als projectleider ben jij de motor achter complexe renovatieprojecten van appartementsgebouwen en sociale woningen. Jouw doel? Van energieverslindende gebouwen toekomstgerichte pareltjes maken, met aandacht voor mens én milieu.

  • Je coördineert projecten van A tot Z, met focus op de volledige buitenschil (isolatie, ramen, gevels, daken, enz.)
  • Je maakt de planning op (zowel kortetermijn als langetermijn), rekening houdend met bouwfysische uitdagingen
  • Je beheert budgetten en waakt over kostenbewust bouwen met maximale impact
  • Je begeleidt junior collega’s en deelt je expertise in een leerklimaat
  • Je bereidt werven voor, bestelt materialen en volgt leveringen nauwgezet op
  • Je leidt werfvergaderingen en schakelt vlot tussen klanten, onderaannemers en uitvoerders
  • Je bezoekt werven, stuurt ploegen aan en bewaakt de voortgang van de werken
  • Je communiceert helder met alle stakeholders en denkt mee aan duurzame oplossingen

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een organisatie waar duurzaamheid géén marketingterm is, maar een dagelijkse praktijk. Je maakt deel uit van een mensgericht team waar innovatie en transparantie vanzelfsprekend zijn. Hier sta je niet aan de zijlijn, maar ben je mee de drijvende kracht achter renovaties met maatschappelijke waarde. Je werkt samen met een team van ruwbouwspecialisten, techniekers en collega-projectleiders. De sfeer? Collegiaal, open en met ruimte om fouten te maken en daaruit te leren.

  • Je hebt een bachelor bouw of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Je hebt minstens enkele jaren ervaring als projectleider in de bouwsector
  • Je houdt van plannen, organiseren én mensen aansturen met respect
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en laat je niet snel uit balans brengen
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands
