Heb jij ervaring in de bouw en ben je klaar voor een volgende stap? Misschien werk je al als projectleider en zoek je een nieuwe uitdaging. Of je bent bijvoorbeeld assistent projectleider, werkvoorbereider of uitvoerder en wilt graag doorgroeien naar een functie met meer verantwoordelijkheid. Voor een betrokken bouwbedrijf zijn wij op zoek naar een Projectleider. Afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring wordt gekeken welke rol het beste bij jou past.

Wat ga je doen?

Als projectleider of assistent projectleider werk je mee aan verschillende projecten binnen de woningbouw en utiliteitsbouw. Je bent betrokken bij het gehele bouwproces en zorgt er samen met collega's voor dat projecten goed worden voorbereid en uitgevoerd.

Heb je al ruime ervaring als projectleider? Dan krijg je zelfstandig de verantwoordelijkheid over projecten. Heb je nog niet alle ervaring, maar wel de juiste bouwkundige achtergrond en ambitie? Dan krijg je de mogelijkheid om samen te werken met ervaren collega's en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen richting zelfstandig projectleider.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Plannen en organiseren van bouwprojecten; - Bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid; - Coördineren van werkzaamheden en onderaannemers; - Contact onderhouden met opdrachtgevers en andere betrokken partijen; - Signaleren van knelpunten en zorgen voor passende oplossingen; - Meedenken over inkoop, voorbereiding en uitvoering; - Aansturen en ondersteunen van het projectteam; - Bijdragen aan een goede en tijdige oplevering van projecten.

De precieze verantwoordelijkheden worden afgestemd op jouw kennis en ervaring.

We zoeken vooral iemand met een goede bouwkundige basis die verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen en graag samenwerkt. Je hoeft dus niet per se al jarenlang zelfstandig projectleider te zijn.

We denken bijvoorbeeld aan iemand die:

- Beschikt over HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Bouwkunde; - Meerdere jaren relevante werkervaring heeft bin
