Functie eisen - Minimaal werkzaam op HBO niveau met minimaal een afgeronde MBO Bouwkunde; - 3+ jaar ervaring in de rol van projectleider; - Hoofd- en bijzaken kunnen onderscheiden; - Met vrwijheid om kunnen gaan. Organisatie omschrijving Als Bouwkundig Projectleider ben jij de kracht betreffende projecten. Jouw doel is het realiseren van projecten volgens planning en naar tevredenheid van de klant. Met je team waarborg je de kwaliteit van het project. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk. Onze klant heeft middelgrote bouwkundige projecten. Zij hebben een platte organisatie. Binnen zijn 10 man werkzaam, buiten 25. Familiebedrijf met een gezond resultaat. Aanbod - Een uitdagende en afwisselende functie in loondienst; - Salaris € 4.500 - € 5.500 bruto per maand;
