Over de functie Binnen het cluster projecten van de Gemeente Raalte ben je als projectleider civiel verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van diverse projecten, variërend van gebiedsontwikkeling tot woningbouw en bedrijventerreinontwikkeling. Je vormt projectteams, ontwikkelt strategieën en plannen van aanpak, voert gesprekken met belanghebbenden en zorgt voor bestuurlijk draagvlak. Je schakelt soepel tussen verschillende partijen en houdt overzicht op inhoud, planning en proces. Wat je gaat doen - Aansturen van verschillende civieltechnische projecten binnen de gemeente. - Vormen van projectteams en meenemen van collega's in de koers. - Opstellen van strategieën en plannen van aanpak in de initiatieffase. - Voeren van gesprekken met belanghebbenden. - Zorgen voor bestuurlijk draagvlak. - Schakelen tussen bewoners, ontwikkelaars, provincie, Rijkswaterstaat en opdrachtgevers. - Overzicht houden op inhoud, planning en proces. Functie-eisen - Aantoonbare afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo-bachelor niveau. - Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als projectleider bij civieltechnische en/of openbare ruimte projecten. - Aantoonbare werkervaring met het aansturen van multidisciplinaire projectteams. - Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met besluitvormingsprocessen en de politieke context in een gemeentelijke organisatie. - Aantoonbare werkervaring met weerstand vanuit omgevingen door bijvoorbeeld politieke belangen. - Aantoonbare werkervaring met het ontwerpen en afronden van participatieprocessen met bewoners, belanghebbenden en/of ontwikkelpartners. - Aantoonbare werkervaring met gebiedsontwikkelings-, woningbouw- en/of bedrijventerreinontwikkeling...
