- Projectleider Civiel Gemeente Raalte | HBO | Start: 1 november 2026 Projectleider Civiel Locatie: Raalte Uren per week: 36 Inhuurvorm: ZZP Sluitingsdatum opdracht: 26/10/2026 Over de opdracht Als projectleider civiel bij de gemeente Raalte ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van diverse projecten binnen het cluster projecten. Je werkt aan gebiedsontwikkeling, woningbouw, bedrijventerreinontwikkeling en openbare ruimte. In de initiatieffase ontwikkel je strategieën en plannen van aanpak, en zorg je voor draagvlak bij belanghebbenden, waaronder bewoners, ontwikkelaars, provincie en Rijkswaterstaat. Je houdt overzicht over inhoud, planning en proces en schakelt soepel tussen strategie en uitvoering. Jouw profiel De ideale kandidaat beschikt over een afgeronde hbo-opleiding en minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als projectleider in civieltechnische en/of openbare ruimteprojecten. Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van multidisciplinaire teams en hebt kennis van besluitvormingsprocessen binnen gemeentelijke organisaties. Daarnaast beschik je over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, politieke sensitiviteit en een proactieve houding. Harde eisen: - Aantoonbare HBO-opleiding - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als projectleider civieltechnische projecten - Ervaring met het aansturen van multidisciplinaire teams Aanvullende wensen: - Ervaring met besluitvormingsprocessen en politieke context binnen gemeenten - Ervaring met participatieprocessen en gebiedsontwikkeling Neem contact op met Bram Heuser Telefoon: 06 8269 8976
