Je bent gedurende het hele traject betrokken: van het uitwerken van een opdracht en de voorbereiding tot de uitvoering en afronding. Je houdt grip op de voortgang en financiële kaders en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen goed samenwerken. Daarnaast speel je een rol in het uitbouwen van klantcontacten en het herkennen van nieuwe mogelijkheden. - Uitwerken van aanbiedingen en projectplannen; - Bijhouden van projectadministratie en financiële voortgang; - Organiseren van de samenwerking met klanten, leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Tijdig herkennen van afwijkingen en passende oplossingen aandragen; - Onderhouden en verder uitbouwen van bestaande klantrelaties; - Meewerken aan het verwerven van nieuwe opdrachten; - Afstemmen met verschillende projectteams en projectleiders; - Uitvoeren van projecten binnen onder meer bodembescherming, energietransitie en gebiedsontwikkeling. Wie je bent (of wil worden) - MBO/HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur civiel- of milieutechnisch; - Relevante werkervaring binnen de civiele techniek of milieurealisatie; - Ervaring met het aansturen van projecten; - Sterke sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden; - Je kunt gemakkelijk schakelen tussen projectteam, klant en onderaannemer; - Commercieel ingesteld en goed in relatiebeheer; - Proactief en resultaatgericht.
