Als Projectleider Civiele Gebiedsontwikkeling ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten en realiseren van de openbare ruimte binnen een nieuwe woonwijk. Je begeleidt het project van begin tot eind, waarbij je de voorbereiding, aansturing en uitvoering coördineert. Je onderhoudt contact met het bestuur en andere betrokken partijen, stuurt multidisciplinaire teams aan en onderhandelt met externe partijen zoals ontwikkelaars en woningcorporaties. Je bewaakt de voortgang, het budget, de kwaliteit en de communicatie rondom het project. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle civiele projecten in het plangebied, van de aanleg van nutsvoorzieningen tot het bouwrijp maken van percelen. Je zorgt voor een goede afstemming met bewoners en belanghebbenden en draagt kennis over aan collega's. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Ervaring met werken bij of voor een overheidsorganisatie, bij voorkeur een gemeente - In staat om eigen IT-middelen te gebruiken (laptop, telefoon en toebehoren) - Afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo bachelor niveau, bij voorkeur in planologie, stedenbouw of bouwkunde - Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring als civiel projectleider in gebiedsontwikkeling - Beschikt over politieke en bestuurlijke sensitiviteit - Ervaring met projectleiding van woningbouwprojecten en projecten van minimaal 400 woningen - Flexibel en goed functionerend in een veranderende omgeving - Goede onderhandelingsvaardigheden en ervaring met het aansturen van multidisciplinaire teams - Planmatig, innovatief en communicatief sterk Direct reageren Projectoverzicht .
