Organisatie In deze functie werk je aan uiteenlopende projecten binnen de civiele techniek, zoals infrastructuur, gebiedsontwikkeling, woningbouw en openbare ruimte. Jij bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit en samenwerking binnen projecten en zorgt ervoor dat plannen daadwerkelijk tot uitvoering komen. Je schakelt dagelijks met collega's, opdrachtgevers, aannemers, bewoners en andere stakeholders en weet complexe vraagstukken helder en praktisch te maken. Functie Wat ga je doen? - Leiden en coördineren van civieltechnische projecten van voorbereiding tot uitvoering; - Aansturen van projectteams en afstemmen met opdrachtgevers en stakeholders; - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, budget en voortgang; - Adviseren van opdrachtgevers over technische en organisatorische vraagstukken; - Coördineren van ontwerpen en vertalen naar uitvoerbare oplossingen; - Signaleren van risico's, kansen en verbeterpunten binnen projecten; - Onderhouden van contacten met bewoners, overheden en uitvoerende partijen; - Actief bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van projecten én processen.
