Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige projecttraject, van voorbereiding en offerte tot uitvoering en facturatie.
  • Je analyseert bestekaanvragen en meet projecten op basis van tekeningen en in het veld.
  • Je vraagt offertes aan bij leveranciers en werkt calculaties en offertes uit.
  • Je organiseert en plant de uitvoering van projecten en stuurt ploegen op de werven aan (medewerkers en onderaannemers).
  • Je begeleidt het team bij technische vragen, signaleert en corrigeert afwijkingen en rapporteert aan de klant.
  • Je bewaakt de planning, veiligheidsvoorschriften, productiviteit en budgetten.
  • Je stelt nacalculaties op en fungeert als schakel tussen klant en uitvoering.
  • Je spendeert ongeveer 60% van je tijd op de werf en 40% op kantoor.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie, of sterke motivatie en affiniteit met de rol. Ervaring in de industriële sector is een pluspunt, geen vereiste.
  • Ambitie om expert te worden in het vak, met goede organisatorische, communicatieve en commerciële vaardigheden.
  • Technisch inzicht en analytisch vermogen.
  • Goede computervaardigheden, kennis van MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Kennis van CRM-systemen is een plus.
  • Leidinggevende capaciteiten, stressbestendig, probleemoplossend en pragmatisch.
  • Resultaat- en servicegericht, flexibel en proactief
