V-20071348 - Zwolle - IT - HBO - Detachering via YER De positie Bij YER zoeken we een Projectleider Digitalisering die vanuit ons team wordt ingezet op interimopdrachten binnen de lokale overheid. In deze rol help je gemeenten en andere publieke organisaties om hun dienstverlening en interne processen te moderniseren en toekomstbestendig te maken. De overheid staat midden in een digitale transformatie. Organisaties werken aan het verbeteren van digitale dienstverlening, het moderniseren van informatiesystemen en het slimmer organiseren van processen. Als Projectleider Digitalisering ben jij degene die deze veranderingen in goede banen leidt. Je zorgt dat projecten gestructureerd worden opgezet, stakeholders betrokken blijven en dat plannen daadwerkelijk worden gerealiseerd. Over het bedrijf In de praktijk werk je aan uiteenlopende digitaliseringsprojecten, zoals de implementatie van nieuwe zaaksystemen, het digitaliseren van werkprocessen of het verbeteren van informatievoorziening binnen organisaties. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van projectplannen, het aansturen van projectteams en het bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit. Daarbij werk je samen met verschillende stakeholders, van IT-specialisten en leveranciers tot management en bestuur. Naast het realiseren van projecten speel je ook een belangrijke rol in het begeleiden van organisaties bij verandering. Digitalisering gaat immers niet alleen over systemen, maar ook over mensen en processen. Je weet daarom hoe je teams en stakeholders meeneemt in nieuwe manieren van werken.
