Dit vraagt om een andere manier van samenwerken, organiseren en aansturen. Voor de locatie Delfzijl zoekt Altrad daarom een projectleider die als leidinggevende overzicht creëert, medewerkers coacht en duurzame relaties opbouwt met klanten op het gebied van professionele steigerbouw en/of isolatie. Als Projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van onderhoudscontracten en projecten binnen Noord-Nederland. Je werkt vanuit het Chemiepark Delfzijl en bewaakt de leveringsplanning, benodigde materialen, personeelsinzet, kwaliteit, veiligheid, budgetten en contractuele afspraken. Met aandacht voor klanttevredenheid en gemotiveerde medewerkers ben jij de belangrijkste gesprekspartner voor jouw klanten en jouw medewerkers. De vakinhoudelijke kennis is binnen het team ruimschoots aanwezig. Jouw toegevoegde waarde ligt vooral in het organiseren, verbinden en verder professionaliseren van de dienstverlening. Je zorgt voor structuur, creëert duidelijkheid en helpt medewerkers én klanten vooruit. Een rol voor een leider/manager die energie krijgt van mensen, samenwerking en het realiseren van resultaten in een dynamische en stoere industriële omgeving. Je legt rechtstreeks verantwoording af aan de Regiomanager Noord. Het ideaalprofiel Altrad zoekt in de eerste plaats een coachende en verbindende leider.
