Je bent proactief, beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en hebt oog voor detail. Als senior in je vakgebied ben je een expert in plannen en organiseren, en straalt jouw natuurlijke senioriteit door in je werkwijze. Je beschikt over: - Een afgeronde HBO- of universitaire opleiding in de richting van Bouwkunde; - Minimaal 8 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie; - Aantoonbare ervaring met Design & Build-projecten en bouwteams is een pré; - Ervaring met grote, complexe woningbou...
