Projectleider favorite_border Een rol met veel inhoudelijke verantwoordelijkheid, zelfstandigheid en de mogelijkheid om flexibel en hybride te werken. Als projectmanager leid je initiatieven om maatregelen te implementeren die de effecten van overbelasting van het elektriciteitsnet mitigeren. Wat ga je doen? Kernverantwoordelijkheden: - Implementeren van bescherm- en herstelmaatregelen voor het elektriciteitsnet. - Organiseren van procedures en middelen om selectief grootverbruikers af te schakelen indien nodig. - Identificeren waar aggregaten en batterijen kunnen helpen om effecten van overbelasting te verminderen. - Verankeren van maatregelen binnen de regionale crisismanagementaanpak. - Managen van projecten met veel strategische stakeholders en hoge zichtbaarheid. Jouw sterke punten - Analytisch sterk en in staat complexe zaken eenvoudig uit te leggen. - Helikopterview: meerdere trajecten tegelijk overzien van detail tot totaalbeeld. - Sterk in communicatie op tactisch/strategisch niveau en in schakelen met diverse partijen. - Flexibel en bestand tegen veranderende omstandigheden; weet collega's hierin mee te nemen. Wat vragen wij? - Opleiding: afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in een relevante richting. - Ervaring: minimaal 5 jaar als projectmanager in complexe multidisciplinaire projecten, waarvan minimaal 2 jaar in de energiesector of met energie-infrastructuren. - Vakkennis: voldoende kennis van elektriciteitsnetwerken om de inhoud te begrijpen. - Vaardigheden: uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en sterk in het meenemen en beïnvloeden van stakeholders. Eisen - Kandidaat heeft minimaal een aantoonbare afgeronde HBO of WO-opleiding in een relevante richting - Kandidaat heeft minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring hebt als projectmanager in complexe multidisciplinaire projecten. Daarvan heb je minimaal 2 jaar gewerkt in de energiesector of met energie-infrastructuren - Kandidaat heeft voldoende kennis van elektriciteitsnetwerken ...
