Als projectleider elektriciteit en HVAC hou jij het overzicht van A tot Z. Je stuurt projecten aan, mensen én planning, en zorgt dat alles technisch klopt, binnen timing en budget.

Dit is een rol voor iemand die techniek begrijpt, beslissingen durft nemen en graag het aanspreekpunt is op de werf én voor de klant.

Hoe ziet je job eruit

  • Je coördineert elektrische en HVAC-projecten vanaf de voorbereiding tot en met de oplevering.
  • Je stuurt techniekers en onderaannemers aan en zorgt voor duidelijke afspraken.
  • Je maakt planningen op en bewaakt budgetten en deadlines.
  • Je volgt werven op en controleert kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt voor een correcte, professionele opvolging.
  • Je signaleert knelpunten en stuurt bij waar nodig.

We houden het bewust discreet. Het gaat om een technisch sterk bedrijf actief in elektriciteit en HVAC, met projecten in industriële, tertiaire en residentiële omgevingen.

Wat heb je nodig

  • Ervaring binnen elektriciteit, industrieel, tertiair of residentieel.
  • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je kan plannen, prioriteiten stellen en budgetten opvolgen.
  • Je bent klantgericht en denkt commercieel mee.
  • Je durft zelfstandig beslissingen nemen en verantwoordelijkheid dragen.
  • Een eerste ervaring als projectleider of werfleider is een plus.
  • Technisch inzicht, overzicht en gezond verstand.
