We zoeken een gedreven professional die voor onze detacheringsprojecten: - Verantwoordelijk is voor de volledige operationele afhandeling van facilitaire projecten - Intensief schakelt met de afdeling Huisvesting en het Onderwijs om projecten integraal af te stemmen - Zelfstandig contact legt met leveranciers, offertes opvraagt en scherpe leveringsafspraken maakt - Als rechterhand van het hoofd facilitaire zaken knelpunten signaleert voordat ze ontstaan en werkzaamheden proactief overneemt Welke talenten heb jij? Spreekt de rol van Junior Projectleider Facilitair je aan en herken je je in het onderstaande profiel? - Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring als facilitair hoofd of senior coördinator - Je beschikt over aantoonbare kennis van brede facilitaire processen, zoals verhuizingen, herinrichten van gebouwen, bestellingen doen en gesprekken met leveranciers - Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring met projecten waarbij integrale afstemming met andere afdelingen centraal heeft gestaan - Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring met leveranciersbeheer - Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring met zelfstandig uitvoering en communiceren met diverse stakeholders - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als facilitair hoofd of senior coördinator - Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met volledige facilitaire processen - Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met projecten waarbij integrale afstemming met andere afdelingen centraal heeft gestaan - Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring met leveranciersbeheer, waaronder offertes opvragen, kwaliteitsgesprekken en het maken van scherpe leveringsafspraken Hoe belonen wij jouw talent?
