Bij ZGT in Hengelo krijg je de ruimte om het afvalbeleid binnen het ziekenhuis verder te verbeteren. Je brengt structuur aan, werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen en partners en zorgt ervoor dat plannen voor afvalscheiding en -reductie daadwerkelijk worden uitgevoerd. Een veelzijdige functie voor een hbo-professional met interesse in facilitair management, logistiek en duurzaamheid. Als projectleider facilitair draag je direct bij aan de duurzaamheidsambities van ZGT. Je belangrijkste opdracht is het verbeteren van de afvalscheiding en het terugdringen van afval binnen het ziekenhuis. Je brengt structuur aan in dit project, verbindt de verschillende betrokken partijen en bewaakt de voortgang. Je werkt voor de afdeling services & logistiek, onderdeel van het facilitair bedrijf van ZGT. Voor jouw opdracht stem je veel af met verschillende afdelingen binnen ZGT en met de externe afvalverwerker. Ook werk je samen met de programmamanager duurzaamheid. Naast dit project kun je worden ingezet bij andere facilitaire projecten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - uitwerken en afstemmen van de verschillende afvalstromen met betrokken medewerkers en de leverancier; - optimaliseren en actualiseren van de werkwijzen rondom de afvalstromen; - identificeren van hotspots, onder andere door middel van afvalscans; - opstellen van projectplannen, bijvoorbeeld voor het verminderen van specifiek ziekenhuisafval, samen met de programmamanager duurzaamheid; - coördineren van de activiteiten die nodig zijn om de afvalreductied...
