Wat ga je doen? Als Projectleider Facilitair & Huisvesting ben je verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van diverse complexe facilitaire projecten binnen tijd, budget en kwaliteitseisen. Het gaat om strategische, Vanboeijen-brede facilitaire projecten met een afdeling overstijgend karakter. Dit kan variëren van een huisvestingsproject tot een project voor het optimaliseren van het FMIS-systeem.

Je komt met verbetervoorstellen en bent betrokken bij het optimaliseren van facilitaire werkprocessen. Je schrijft beleidsnotities en treedt op als projectleider bij complexe projecten. Daarnaast neem je deel aan diverse werkgroepen en projectteams, denk je mee over verschillende vraagstukken en oplossingen en geef je huisvestingsadvies.

Als Projectleider Facilitair & Huisvesting ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor de totstandkoming en uitvoering van de projectenkalender voor verbouw- en nieuwbouwprojecten. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met de bouwkundige projectleiders. Daarnaast stem je regelmatig af met de facilitaire adviseurs, die goed weten wat er op de zorglocaties nodig is om de bewoners een prettige en veilige omgeving te bieden om te wonen en/of te werken.

Na afronding van een project zorg je voor een goede overdracht aan de beheerorganisatie. Je bent proactief en ondernemend en weet onverwachte ontwikkelingen te vertalen naar concrete projecten. Daarbij zoek je actief de verbinding binnen en buiten de facilitaire afdeling.

Je standaard werkplek is Assen. In overleg is thuiswerken ook goed mogelijk.

Als Projectleider Facilitair en Huisvesting werk je aan uiteenlopende, complexe projecten binnen Vanboeijen. Van huisvestingsprojecten tot het optimaliseren van het FMIS systeem jij zorgt ervoor dat projecten binnen tijd, budget en kwaliteitseisen worden gerealiseerd. Daarbij verbind je verschillende disciplines en zorg je ervoor dat de facilitaire dienstverlening steeds beter aansluit bij wat nodig is voor de bewoners en medewerkers.

Vanboeijen ondersteunt ruim 700 kinderen, jongeren, volwassenen en ouderen met een verstandelijke beperking in Drenthe en omgeving. Met ongeveer 1600 medewerkers wordt dagelijks gewerkt vanuit de missie Goed leven, Mooi werk, Met elkaar.
