Als Projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor volgende taken:

  • Het uitwerken en opvolgen van projectplannen waarin scope, budget, middelen en timing duidelijk gedefinieerd zijn.
  • Het coördineren van arbeiders, materialen en partners, zodat de uitvoering efficiënt en volgens planning verloopt.
  • Het onderhouden van contacten met architecten, aannemers en leveranciers, met focus op kwaliteit en voortgang.
  • Het opvolgen van budgetten en rapportages, inclusief nacalculaties in overleg met de projectleiding en financiële dienst.
  • Het bewaken van veiligheid en kwaliteit op de werf, waarbij je actief bijdraagt aan VGM-plannen en risicoanalyses.
