In onze gemeente werk je aan vernieuwende, gebiedsgerichte en ruimtelijke projecten, waarin groen, wonen, erfgoed en duurzaamheid elkaar versterken. Met jouw visie en daadkracht geef je richting aan een leefbare, toekomstbestendige omgeving. Je denkt scherp en schakelt slim om projecten van begin tot eind te begeleiden en daadwerkelijk te realiseren. Klaar voor een projectmatige uitdaging! Als Projectleider ga je aan de slag met de realisatie van (uiteenlopende) projecten, waaronder bouwprojecten, en ben je van de start tot het einde hierbij betrokken. Je zorgt voor de inrichting en aansturing van een projectorganisatie of een project en houdt daarbij rekening met alle facetten die hierbij van belang zijn. In de rol van Projectleider stuur je projecten en medewerkers aan en integreer je nieuwe werkwijzen. Je geeft zelfstandig leiding aan de projecten en bewaakt deze aan de hand van GROTICK-indicatoren (Geld, Risico, Organisatie, Tijd, Informatie, Communicatie, Kwaliteit). Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van project gerelateerde documenten, zoals startnotities, projectplannen en tijdige (financiële) voortgangsrapportages. Met jouw expertise zorg je voor het succesvol uitvoeren van projecten met een politieke, financiële en maatschappelijke impact. Daarnaast zorg je voor een goed verloop van het project waarbij de burgers en andere stakeholders worden betrokken. Je bewaakt de contacten met belanghebbenden en creëert draagvlak voor het succesvol uitvoeren van een project. Samen met je collega's deel je inzichten en verbeterpunten om het volgende project nog succesvoller te maken!
