Als Projectleider Gebiedsontwikkeling in Deventer leid je uitdagende projecten en verbind je verschillende belangen. Je houdt overzicht en brengt plannen stap voor stap richting uitvoering. Wat ga je doen? Als Projectleider Gebiedsontwikkeling in Deventer begeleid je voor onze opdrachtgever uiteenlopende ruimtelijke projecten. Denk aan binnenstedelijke transformaties, nieuwe woongebieden, bedrijventerreinen en integrale gebiedsprogramma's. Vanaf de initiatieffase bepaal je welke stappen nodig zijn om een plan haalbaar en uitvoerbaar te maken. Je adviseert gemeenten, provincies en ontwikkelaars over planologische mogelijkheden, grondbeleid, grondexploitatie en haalbaarheid. Daarbij combineer je inhoudelijke kennis met sterk projectmanagement. Binnen ieder project verbind je verschillende partijen en belangen. Je organiseert en begeleidt participatieprocessen en weet complexe informatie duidelijk over te brengen aan betrokkenen. Ook stuur je multidisciplinaire projectteams aan met specialisten uit verschillende onderdelen van de fysieke leefomgeving. Je werkt met Omgevingswetinstrumenten, programmasturing en haalbaarheidsstudies en houdt rekening met bestuurlijke en politieke besluitvorming. Planning, budget, kwaliteit en voortgang houd je scherp in beeld. Daarnaast bouw je aan professionele klantrelaties en herken je kansen voor nieuwe projecten. Daarmee zorg je ervoor dat gebiedsontwikkeling niet bij plannen blijft, maar daadwerkelijk richting realisatie beweegt.
