ft 33182 Je leidt complexe projecten op het gebied van gemeentelijke gebouwen en gronden van begin tot eind. Daarbij zorg je voor een strakke voorbereiding, uitvoering en oplevering van uiteenlopende vastgoed- en verduurzamingsopgaven. Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt eigenaarschap en weet technische inhoud te verbinden met bestuurlijke en organisatorische belangen. In deze rol stem je intensief af met interne collega’s, externe adviseurs en andere betrokken partijen. Wat ga je doen - Je leidt zelfstandig vastgoed- en gebouwprojecten van initiatiefase tot en met oplevering. - Je stelt projectplannen op en bewaakt deze volgens de PMC-methodiek. - Je coördineert ontwerp-, aanbestedings- en uitvoeringsfasen. - Je stuurt inhoudelijk op technische kwaliteit, met specifieke aandacht voor gebouwgebonden installaties. - Je stemt af met externe adviseurs, installateurs en aannemers. - Je bewaakt planning, budget en kwaliteit. - Je signaleert en beheerst risico’s en afwijkingen. - Je bereidt besluitvorming voor en verzorgt voortgangsrapportages. - Je stemt af met interne collega’s, gebruikers en andere stakeholders. - Je toetst aan wet- en regelgeving, normen en gemeentelijk beleid. - Je werkt aan projecten zoals verduurzaming, renovatie, uitbreiding en implementatie van MJOP’s. Eisen - Vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal op C1-niveau. - Je hebt een aantoonbare afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo-bachelor niveau. - Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als projectleider op het gebied van gebouw- of vastgoedprojecten bij een overheidsinstelling. - Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring met gebouwgebonden installaties, dit is expliciet toegelicht in je werkervaring. - Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring met renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten van gemeentelijk vastgoed. Wensen - Je hebt een aantoonbare afgeronde technische opleiding op minimaal hbo-bachelor niveau. - Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als projectleider op het gebied van gebouw- of vastgo.
