Als (junior) projectleider glasprojecten regio Oostende begeleid je uiteenlopende glasprojecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering. De functie inhoud Als (junior) projectleider glasprojecten groei je stap voor stap in de volledige projectopvolging. Samen met ervaren collega's zorg je voor een vlotte uitvoering op de werf.

  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van glasprojecten.
  • Coördineren van plaatsers en monteurs op de werf.
  • Bewaken van planning, materiaal en uitvoering.
  • Opmaken van werk- en vorderingsstaten.
  • Inplannen van werfbezoeken en voorbereiden van vergaderingen.

Onze klant Onze klant in regio Oostende is gespecialiseerd in uiteenlopende glasoplossingen voor zowel particuliere als industriële opdrachtgevers. De projecten variëren van interieur- en exterieurglas tot glasbalustrades en maatwerkbeglazing. Met ongeveer 60 medewerkers combineert het bedrijf de expertise van een gespecialiseerde onderneming met de slagkracht van een grotere groep. Dankzij die structuur kan het volledige traject van voorbereiding tot plaatsing professioneel worden opgevolgd.

Als (junior) projectleider regio kust krijg je de kans om het vak grondig te leren van ervaren collega's. Geleidelijk neem je meer verantwoordelijkheid op en bouw je de nodige technische en organisatorische expertise uit om projecten steeds zelfstandiger te beheren. Voor deze functie regio Oostende zoeken we een gedreven projectleider die technisch inzicht combineert met sterke organisatorische vaardigheden.

  • Bacheloropleiding, bij voorkeur in een bouwkundige of technische richting.
  • Eerste ervaring met projectopvolging of binnen een technische omgeving is een plus.
  • Goede kennis van Outlook en Excel en ervaring met AutoCAD, Revit of Tekla is mooi meegenomen.
  • Assertieve, flexibele en oplossingsgerichte houding.
  • Interesse om zich verder te verdiepen in beglazing en montage.
