Hier krijg je veel ruimte voor ondernemerschap, een leaseauto en volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Als Projectleider stuur je meerdere aanleg- en groenprojecten aan van voorbereiding tot oplevering. Je bewaakt de planning, kwaliteit, financiën en personeelsinzet. Daarnaast onderhoud je contacten met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en interne teams. Je zorgt voor duidelijke rapportages, houdt overzicht over de voortgang en stuurt bij waar nodig. Dankzij jouw organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden verlopen projecten efficiënt en volgens afspraak. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Opstellen en bewaken van projectplanningen - Aansturen van uitvoerders en vakteams - Onderhouden van klant- en leveranciersrelaties - Bewaken van budgetten, kwaliteit en voortgang - Signaleren van commerciële kansen Wat wij jou bieden Onderstaande voorwaarden zijn gebaseerd op een fulltime dienstverband van 40 uur per week.
