Als projectleider houtbouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en uitvoering van woningbouwprojecten waarin houtskeletbouw centraal staat. Je werkt zelfstandig, stuurt onderaannemers aan en bewaakt kwaliteit, planning en budget. Ervaring met houtbouw en het aansturen van complexe bouwprocessen is vereist.

Als projectleider houtbouw ben je vanaf de voorbereidingsfase betrokken bij woningbouwprojecten waarin houtskeletbouw of modulaire bouwsystemen worden toegepast. Je werkt nauw samen met de timmerfabriek, waar elementen worden geprefabriceerd, en zorgt ervoor dat de montage op de bouwplaats volgens planning en specificaties verloopt. Je stemt werkzaamheden af met onderaannemers, bewaakt de voortgang en grijpt bij waar nodig om vertragingen of afwijkingen te voorkomen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het bouwteam en onderaannemers op de bouwplaats. Dat betekent dat je werkoverleggen voert, planning bijstelt waar nodig, en ervoor zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er van hem of haar verwacht wordt. Je controleert of het werk voldoet aan de gestelde eisen en normen, en signaleert tijdig wanneer er risico's zijn voor planning, budget of kwaliteit. Daarnaast onderhoud je contact met opdrachtgevers, adviseurs en toezichthouders, en zorg je voor een correcte overdracht bij oplevering. Concreet omvat de functie de volgende taken: - Voorbereiden van de uitvoering: werkplannen opstellen, materieel en personeel inplannen, tekeningen en specificaties doorlopen; - Coördineren van de montage van geprefabriceerde houtelementen op de bouwplaats; - Aansturen van onderaannemers en eigen medewerkers, inclusief dagelijkse afstemming en instructie; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit gedurende het gehele bouwproces; - Voeren van werkoverleggen en rapporteren over voortgang en afwijkingen; - Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten in de uitvoering; - Zorgen voor naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen op de bouwplaat
