Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Leiding: Integraal leidinggeven aan het team; verantwoordelijk voor operationele en tactische aansturing van medewerkers. - Sturing en voortgang: Deelnemen aan reguliere managementoverleggen, bewaken van voortgang en verantwoording afleggen binnen de lijnorganisatie. - Projectbegeleiding: Begeleiden van wijzigingsverzoeken rond beveiliging en herinrichting van gemeentehuizen; optreden als gedelegeerd opdrachtgever en afstemmen met interne stakeholders en betrokken projectpartijen. - Implementatie collegevervoer: Coördineren van het traject rondom het collegevervoer, afstemming met betrokken partijen en borging van een zorgvuldige implementatie. Scope Het team FSO is verantwoordelijk voor een breed pakket aan facilitaire en ondersteunende werkzaamheden, waaronder programma huisvesting, verbouwing en facilitair beheer. Samenwerking Je werkt samen met collega-managers, directie, interne opdrachtgevers en overige betrokken stakeholders.
